Made for long rides
Cube's Kathmandu line is equipped with a 85Nm strong Bosch Drive Unit Performance CX GEN4 motor, which not only gives you enough power for easy rides, but also for hills and gravel paths. Coupled with a battery with a capacity of 625Wh, you can enjoy smooth pedal assistance for up to 180 kilometers. So no ride is too difficult or too long, especially when you consider that you have Shimano Deore derailleur gears with no less than 10 gears.

User tips

Battery maintenance
If possible, charge your battery at room temperature. If it is freezing cold, we recommend taking the battery indoors.
Do not store the battery empty. If you do not plan to use your e-bike for a longer period of time, we recommend that you store the battery at around 60% fill level at room temperature. Recharge the battery from time to time (once a month) to ensure battery life.

Maintenance of shifting parts and brakes
We recommend cleaning the chain and derailleur regularly to maximize life and efficiency. We recommend cleaning the hydraulic disc brakes as little as possible, because contamination with grease and cleaning agents can adversely affect the braking properties. If you want to clean the brake discs, we recommend doing this with a dry paper towel. Try not to touch the brake discs with your fingers.

Tyre pressure
Having the correct tyre pressure is important. Incorrect tyre pressure can lead to punctures, increased wear, damage to the rim at low pressure and an uncomfortable cycling experience. On most e-bikes the tyre pressure is about 3.5 to 6 bar. On the sidewall of your tyre you can always see what the pressure of your tyres should be.
