Cube Kathmandu Hybrid C:62 SLX (2025) Electric Hybrid Bike
Pros & Cons
Pros & Cons
- At only 16.9 kg, this bike is very light compared to other ebikes in its price range. This is possible because of this bike's carbon frame and front fork.
- This ebike is perfectly balanced due to its integrated battery.
- With the hydraulic disc brakes, you'll always have reliable braking power no matter the weather.
- Access all your data from the display while you're cycling, with the Bosch Smart System.
- A chain without chain guard requires more maintenance compared to a chain with a chain guard, because it gathers dirt more quickly and wears out faster due to changing weather conditions.

Very light ebike for a cyclist who wants to cycle
Excellent bike with a motor. The nice thing about a light bike is that it cycles like almost an ordinary bike. The 25 km/h is easily reached and if you want, you can then cycle on to higher speeds with hardly any resistance. You hear the motor stalling, but you hardly notice the transition. The motor is strong enough for the bridges in NL. You do notice that you have to keep cycling with preferably many rotations to get the most out of the motor. In turbo mode, the 400 wh battery is enough for about 40-50 km. The handlebars and grips are fine. Colour display offers more than enough information, indicating when to shift gears. Saddle could be a bit smaller and harder for me. Only real downside is the bell, which doesn't work. Fortunately, the Mantel employee put a real bell on the handlebars that does work.

5 / 5
Absolute topper! Can hardly wish for a better one.
Product fully meets expectations (I can say after 3 weeks of use).... even exceeds them, apart from that dickish mudguard. with this low weight, you just 'throw' this bike in the back of the car as if it were a racing bike.
