The Hyde Pro's aluminium frame is made from the same materials as Cube's mountain bikes. Thus, this fitness bike is not only impact-resistant but also has a lightweight and stiff frame. Such a frame makes for stable and responsive handling, which can be very useful in busy city traffic. Moreover, you have a tightly steering front fork that handles road vibrations well.

Shifting and braking
For this sporty bike Cube has selected Shimano Nexus 8-speed hub gears. These 8 gears offer a range of 307 per cent, allowing you to cycle smoothly even when climbing viaducts or riding in a head wind. The bike does not come with a traditional chain but, rather, a belt. A belt drive is very quiet and requires much less maintenance than a chain. For safe and timely stopping the Hyde Pro has Shimano hydraulic disc brakes.
