This Bontrager Elite VR-C handlebar made of an ultra-light aluminium construction combines the stiffness and feedback of a performance handlebar with the comfort of a compact in one handlebar!
The Bontrager Elite VR-C handlebar is made from custom butted 7050 alloy. This type of aluminium is not only light, but also incredibly stiff and durable. This ensures that you get great feedback from the road and have great control over your handlebars.
Switch your hand positions quickly with the Variable Radius-Compact design
This Bontrager handlebar is designed with the VR-C design in mind. This means you'll have a longer reach and bigger drop compared to other compact handlebars. This means you have more room to change your hand position from on top of the handlebars to the drops and vice versa.
Versatile and practical
Elite VR-C handlebars have channels to hide shifter and brake cables so you don't have unnecessary bumps under your bar tape. This looks better and feels more comfortable. In addition, the top tube is suitable for an aero handlebar because of its round shape, so you don't need to buy separate adapters for this.
