RECALL: Cube Agree C:62

Dear Cyclist,

We wish to inform you of an important product safety recall for your CUBE Agree C:62 bike. If you have one of the models included in the recall, do not use the bike until the fork has been checked!

If you have bought a CUBE Agree C:62 that is among those listed in the tables below, we will inspect it, free of charge, and determine whether the fork needs to be replaced. For the fork inspection, please schedule an appointment using our Workshop Planner.

If your bike is affected by the recall, we will order a new fork for you. The inspection and, if necessary, replacement of the fork will be carried out free of charge. At present, the expected delivery date of the replacement forks is mid-February. You can bring your bike at a later time to have the new fork installed.

Please note: If you do not live near one of our Superstores or Service Points, please take your bike to a local CUBE dealer for inspection.
