Over the years, we have grown from a small bike repair shop in Arnhem into the biggest bike shop in the Netherlands with a peloton of more than 500 passionate employees. With four Superstores in Arnhem, Den Bosch, Rotterdam and Utrecht, we have almost 20,000 m² of cycling fun space. Plus, we have eight Service Points where you can go for service, maintenance and repairs.

Our webshop, mantel.com, receives more than ten million visits annually. From our modern distribution centre in Oosterhout, thousands of orders are delivered daily to homes in the Netherlands and across the border in Europe.

Every day is test day in our Superstores

At Mantel, you can test ride a bike you have your eye on every day - in our Superstores, every day is test day! They are so spacious that you can even cycle inside them on our indoor test tracks. Have you found the perfect bike? In many cases, we will have it ready for you to ride within one hour. But if you find out, after cycling a few kilometres, that you and your bike are not a perfect match after all, you can often exchange it within 30 days for a small fee with our Mantel Exchange Service.
