A chain tool that just does what it's supposed to do
I have had the opportunity to use both this one and the Mantel punch. This one is just fine. You can secure the chain well in the punch and it comes with a bracket to keep the chain in tension when you insert the quick link or connecting pin. The big advantage is that you need less force for this than for the Mantel version. You pay a little bit more for it but this one is so much better.

Just a quick chain change, this really is an ideal tool
Once you get the hang of how it works, you'll replace a chain in no time.

Slightly too light to use ... warps when too much force is applied
Worked "well" for me but you have to be careful not to apply too much force. The punch will no longer press centrally. You then have to estimate in advance where the punch will swerve to when turning - otherwise you will damage the chain.

Too heavy
I really couldn't manage to punch the chain with this. also asked 2 men, they couldn't do it either. the lever hurts your hands too much and you have to apply a lot of pressure.
