The aluminium frame of the Batavus Senz Comfort is sturdy and lightweight, ensuring a stable ride and easy manoeuvrability around town. The geometry offers a comfortable, upright sitting position, allowing you to take long rides without getting tired. The suspension duoshock front fork absorbs bumps in the road, offering extra comfort on bumpy streets or cobblestones.
Shifting and braking
With Shimano Nexus 7 hub gears, the Batavus Senz Comfort offers plenty of shifting options for both flat and slightly hilly terrain. Gear changes are smooth and require little maintenance. Tektro hydraulic disc brakes deliver reliable stopping power even in wet or muddy conditions, giving a safe feeling during changeable weather or busy city traffic.
Finishing and accessories
The bike is equipped with practical accessories such as a sturdy MIK rack for easy attachment of panniers, and a suspension seatpost that absorbs shocks for extra comfort. The Schwalbe tyres offer excellent traction and performance on both city roads and dirt tracks. The integrated Batavus Vizi lighting system ensures good visibility, day and night. Good choice after long doubt after electric bike
Took some getting used to after switching from electric bike. Neatly delivered by PostNL (unfortunately two days late), after some adjustment the bike immediately cycled smoothly. Unfortunately, I could not get used to the saddle, so I quickly changed it. Shifting gears is wonderfully smooth. Great brakes and the lighting that gives a big light in the dark is ideal. However, the wire of the lighting is loose in the frame of the bike, which often rattles. Otherwise, it's a good solid bike with a good luggage carrier.

I think it is a good and beautiful bike
It is what I expected from it. It's a reliable bike and I'm super happy with it. Been on quite a few long rides already
