The Activ-8 Topline brake cable set combines the Topline cable with a closed system using a liner. The Topline outer cable is linear, but super flexible (Just as flexible as a coiled cable but almost impossible to compress) so that it can be mounted in small bends with the greatest ease and without any problems for the conductivity of the inner cable. The exposed inner cable is closed off by a liner.
