Wind- and waterproof
The AGU Tech Commuter Reflection W rain trousers feature the Poray 10,000 membrane, which makes the trousers not only wind- and waterproof but also breathable. Poray contains minuscule pores through which condensation and perspiration vapour can escape. Rain cannot come in because the structure of water droplets is much larger. So, your legs remain dry and comfortable.
Excellent visibility in dark conditions
It is essential for your personal safety that you are highly visible in dark conditions. To this end, AGU has given the Tech Commuter Reflection rain trousers a reflective fog print as well as a Hi-Vis neon yellow colour. The fog print reflects any light that shines on the trousers, such as that coming from lamp posts and car headlights. The Hi-Vis neon yellow colour not only absorbs and reflects visible light but also absorbs energy from ultraviolet and infrared radiation. After being absorbed, this energy is then emitted as light, making it seem as if these rain trousers produce light themselves.
Environmental awareness
These rain trousers are made of recycled polyester from PET bottles. As such, they come under AGU's own Greensphere range of products, which has been created specially for consumers who like to make environmentally conscious choices. AGU's ultimate goal is to develop all its products in a sustainable way.
Other technologies
The AGU Tech Commuter Reflection W rain trousers have full-length YKK zips with rain gutters to make putting them on and taking them off easy. Thanks to the extended front sections of the legs, your shoes are better protected against the weather. The seat is reinforced, which makes the rain trousers extra durable and wear-resistant. Finally, you can easily store the trousers in the storage pouch in which they come.

Fine rain trousers, easy to use and highly visible
Fine rain trousers, the fabric does not feel very plastic-like but is reasonably soft. The legs are long enough and you can clip them to your laces. This stays on pretty well. There is an elastic band in the hollow of the knee. In my opinion, this should not have been necessary, but fortunately it does not really pinch. The size falls well, I actually always wear an M and with these trousers this is also fine. An L is also possible if you prefer a roomier fit. The super long zips on the sides make it easy to put on and take off the trousers. I haven't worn them for an hour in the pouring rain yet, but given my experience with the previous comparable AGU rain trousers (unfortunately stolen from my pannier :( ), I am very confident with these trousers as well!
