Wind- and waterproof
The AGU Tech Commuter Reflection rain trousers feature the Poray 10,000 membrane, which makes the 2.5-layer material not only wind- and waterproof but also breathable. Poray contains minuscule pores through which condensation and perspiration vapour can escape. Rain cannot come in because the structure of water droplets is much larger. So, your legs remain dry and comfortable.
Excellent visibility in dark conditions
It is important for your personal safety that you are highly visible in dark conditions. To this end, AGU has given the Tech Commuter Reflection rain trousers a reflective fog print as well as a Hi-Vis neon yellow colour. The fog print reflects any light that shines on the trousers, such as that coming from lamp posts and car headlights. The Hi-Vis neon yellow colour not only absorbs and reflects visible light but also absorbs energy from ultraviolet and infrared radiation. After being absorbed, this energy is then emitted as light, making it seem as if these rain trousers produce light themselves.
Environmental awareness
These rain trousers are made of recycled polyester from PET bottles. As such, they come under AGU's own Greensphere range of products, which has been created specially for the environmentally conscious customer. AGU's ultimate goal is to develop all its products in a sustainable way.
Other features
The AGU Tech Commuter Reflection rain trousers have full-length YKK zips with rain gutters to make putting them on and taking them off easy. Thanks to the extended front sections of the legs, your shoes are better protected against the weather. The seat is reinforced, which makes the rain trousers extra durable and wear-resistant. Finally, you can easily store the trousers in the storage pouch in which they come.

Really nice trousers that are quick to put on. Shoes stay reasonably dry thanks to the flap with hook for your laces. Quite pricey, though.

One of them is a flap that is attached to the laces with a hook and thus holds the trousers "down" and also covers the lacing of the shoes. For visibility, however, it would be nice if the high-vis insert went all the way around the lower leg and not just at the front.
