Comfy bar provides value upgrade
I’d delayed upgrading my bars as I was skeptical about what they might accomplish, especially since I already had a shallow drop on my existing set. How wrong I was. The ergonomics of the tops are far more comfortable than the rounded finish I was previously used to using. This makes for more comfortable endurance rides and had cured hand numbness. The narrowness of the new hood position (the quoted sizes are measured from the flared drops, with hoods 2cm narrower) have proven unexpectedly more comfortable and put me in a more aero position.
