The Montano Trainer Wheel includes the Tacx T1390 trainings tyre and Trivio inner tube.
The Montano rear wheel is made for 10/11 speed Shimano cassettes.You don't have to switch between your road tyre or training tyre, you release your road rim with tyre and replace it with your trainings rim with special designed training tyre.
The outer tyre reduces noise, has less wear but more grip on the roller.
