If you prefer to control the Stages Bike via your favorite Stages Dash, Garmin or Wahoo bike computer that's also all possible.

Adjustment options
Via the adjustable saddle height, back position, handlebar distance and crank arm length settings ranging from 165 mm to 175 mm, you can achieve the ideal bicycle adjustment via rotary knobs. For example, with the Stages Bike you can accurately match the same fit and cycling feel of your favorite racing bike or mountain bike, so that you hardly notice the difference between cycling indoors and outdoors.

For power measurement, Stages has integrated the reliable Stages Gen 3 Dual Sided power meter. What is the difference between an indoor trainer where I use my own bike and a full Smart Bike?
The advantages of a Smart Bike over, say, a Direct drive trainer is that you have even more control over personalising your riding experience. The maximum wattage are higher, the bike is very stable and once set up, you can always get going without messing about. The belt drive that is electronically controlled also allows you to choose which shifting system you want to ride with which gears without having to re-mount anything. How does the power measurement work on the SB20 Smart Bike?
The power measurement on the SB20 Smart bike is controlled by 2 separate power meters in the crank arms, giving you full insight in your performance and right power analysis. It is controlled separately from the Smart bike and is powered by 2 CR2032 batteries in the crank arm.
