Selle Italia's 'Superflow' technology includes an extra-large recess in the centre of the saddle, aiming to reduce pressure on the perineum, resulting in improved comfort and blood flow. The saddle's lightweight steel rails contribute to stiffness, resulting in more efficient power transfer. The SLR 3D Elite road bike saddle is available in Selle Italia's sizes S3 and L3 to suit the individual sit bone distance of cyclists, and is specifically designed for use on road bikes.
With a semi-rounded back, this saddle is highly suitable for people who rock their hips a bit while cycling, giving them the support as well as the freedom of movement they need.
Agility
This saddle has an S shape, i.e. it is raised at the back and lowered in the middle. As such, it allows cyclists who lack spinal flexibility to still sit in a sporty cycling position. This has to do with pelvic tilt; someone who is inflexible in the spine has more difficulty tilting the pelvis.
Cut-out
This saddle has a recess and provides pressure relief for riders who are prone to experience pressure on the seat.

Very comfortable and elegant
I've only been using it a few times so far, but I've already noticed a big difference with the one I used to have, as the internal pain I used to suffer after an hour of use has disappeared. I've been using this one for more than 6 hours straight, and I'm not going to deceive you, after so many hours a little irritation in the lower area is normal, but there's no pain to speak of. The different degrees of hardness distributed around the saddle I suppose that helps.
