Goods were delivered damaged (two plastic parts broken off). As the carrier was urgently needed for holidays, the parts were glued.

Very easy and quick to mount. Securing bikes to the frame sometimes puzzling.

Costs a bit, but good. Had a budget carrier before, it moved on the tow bar and was difficult to adjust, that really doesn't happen with this one and is easy to adjust for the ball size. Also handy, the temples for accelerating the bikes are quite easy to change if that suits your bike better. Carrier sits like a house on the tow bar. Haven't been out with the bikes yet, these were my initial findings. Yes it costs a lot, unfortunately, but will (hopefully) give you years of enjoyment.

I'm very pleased with my purchase, the bike rack is easy to install, sturdy and can be extended to hold 4 bikes. It's very easy to install a number plate. The toggle allows you to open the boot, so it's a product that's suitable for all uses.

There's no doubt about it, the bike carrier and its components are robust and of good quality. And that's reflected in the weight. There's nothing on top of nothing. That makes the whole thing very secure, apart from the risk of incorrectly fitting the bikes and their hooking system, which can be a little complicated for the uninformed. Read the instructions carefully! For bikes with a thick frame, such as a VAE, it is very important to orientate the clamps and their tightening properly. The system is ingenious, but it may take the user a little time to adapt and understand. The notched straps are sometimes capricious when tightened and released. I particularly liked - the tightening system on the hitch - the integrated bike carrier locking system - the wheel-rest slide system to fit wide 29-inch wheelbases I'd particularly like to comment on - the clamp system, which doesn't adapt well to thick frames such as VAEs

For the price, it's hard to buy a better bike carrier for 3 bikes. Generally solid, easy to install and lock-proof. but there are some downsides that do not warrant a top score. The biggest criticism is the quick-releases on the wheels, which are very difficult to loosen and feel cheap. The bikes are also short on each other, so they sit against each other at the frame. You can fold the bike carrier (to a limited extent), but it remains difficult to handle, even given its relatively high weight.

The bike rack is easy to mount and click onto the tow bar. Tilting it with the bikes on or off is also very smooth. The only big downside (as this is a part of the bike rack that you need every time you put or take the bikes on it): the bike buckles go very stiff. Especially when opening the buckles, the system/spring already at one buckle no longer works on first use. Otherwise, a recommendable rack.

I have now used the bike carrier once. In itself, it all feels okay, but the carrier is difficult to click onto the tow bar (Mantel was a great help, by the way). City bikes are also more difficult to attach, but I guess it's just a matter of getting used to it. The product does feel very solid, but it is not really compact.

Fine Thule bike carrier. Sits well on the tow bar and feels sturdy. Only downside: A little awkward when lugging it around. Ordering process went fine until I wanted to pay by credit card, which didn't work right away (got stuck). Only after a few times the payment went through. I will probably order here again, but hope the payment process runs better then.

Excellent product that only confirms the prestige of the brand it carries, compact object to be stored in even small spaces, as well as in the trunk of the car itself during excursions. Sustainable weight in the installation maneuvers, quality material and reliable at every point. Excellent purchase and obviously recommended.

Yes, I was looking for a bike rack for my electric bikes. This one is perfect. Stiff enough to carry on the trailer hook. The one I had before didn't allow for the width of the motors.

A must-have bike rack. The only surprise for me was the need to buy an adapter for 13 to 7 pins (~15€). Easy to use, this accessory, though a little expensive, really simplifies the organization of bike transport!
