Reviews over the
Safeman Cable

Good to have with you at all times.
I use the lock to attach my mtb and my son's to each other, works well, is not super la g but long enough to get each other and maybe still accelerating to something. And works well. Don't expect hat is the lock that can't be taken, that cable is so thin with good pliers you'll be through it in no time, but good enough. To secure and sit on a terrace somewhere to have a drink. ( Of course I'll put the bike so I can always keep an eye on it )

fine handy and lightweight lock
Nice and handy lock to take with you and quickly secure the bike during a shopping trip. Too bad the cable is relatively short, which limits the possibilities somewhat.

Convenient lock
Easy-to-use lock for a quick stop at a restaurant or café on the road. Not intended and suitable for leaving your (racing) bike unattended for hours on end

Top lock!
Very handy if you want to park your road bike or mtb safely for a while in crowded places, such as in a city centre or on a boulevard

Handy and practical lock especially for road cyclists
Locking racing bike is necessary during breaks in e.g. cafe. Big practical advantage is that you don't need the key to start using the lock. Pull cable out of pulley, put cable around/on bike and put cable back into pulley. Key is only needed to open the lock. Also, the size is handily convenient, no fumbling with cable, it rolls off and back on very smoothly. Lock also fits well in cycling jersey backpack.

Good lock, cables too short
The cables are a bit on the short side, easy to lock your bike for a while

DO NOT BUY IF YOU NEED WIRE LENGTH 75CM
The wire measured to be only 71 cm from the side to the tip! Please note that ca 6 cm is used in order to lock the wire. So this leaves us with a usable wire length of just 65 cm?

Handy little lock
Use this lock for actually securing my snowboard more than my bike but that doesn't matter for its function, of all the very small locks this one has the sturdiest metal cable and works with a key instead of a number lock (which can be both an advantage and a disadvantage). The cable is relatively short though and rolling up/unrolling the cable sometimes doesn't go very well, sometimes the cable kinks or gets stuck and then it's a real struggle to get it back to normal. Still a positive review but that's also because there are simply no better alternatives.

Single cable lock for cyclists but not suitable for long-term parking
From now on, I no longer need to take a heavy lock with me on touring trips, but the cable is quite short and only offers protection against being taken away quickly and against being forced with pliers or runners.

Light but awkward to use
It's not clear where to put the cable in, but you can only put it in 1 way otherwise it won't lock. Super awkward and so easy to fix.

Unsound top makes the handy system unworkable, unfortunately. Cat in the bag?

A round of security
Lock is not light but being able to lock your bike is worth the weight. As a randonneur, I like to pop into a shop during trips. Then it's nice to be able to lock your bike.
