Very nice mountain bike/cycling trousers!
Ordered a second one right away. No problems (anymore) while cycling (longer) mountain bike rides. Is a bit tight but somewhere I like that in terms of support. If in doubt, I would order one size bigger.

Abnormally good bib shorts
I weigh 90kg and am 1m85. I took an XL, these are very tight the first time you put them on (panic!),also not made for walking but for sitting on a bike. I rode 1500km in 10 days with 3 of these trousers, and never had any pain or chafing. In the 20 years I've been riding bikes, I've already tested out every brand in different price ranges, and I've never had trousers as good as these. They fit really well at the bottom, and the chamois is shorter in the front than I'm used to, but the construction of the trousers just works. TOP!

Good trousers at a reasonable price
Purchased these trousers because I bought one with the same chamois at Mantel 2 years ago. Only disadvantage for me is that the legs slide up more quickly. I have long thighs, therefore less comfortable for me.

Opzich fine trousers but.....
Great trousers, fabric is slightly thicker than other entry-level Castelli trousers I have and offers pleasant support. Wide elastic pieces keep the legs well in place. Trousers do fall small, normally I am a size M, with Castelli L but these trousers even had to be XL. For reference, I am 1.88m and 86kg, I can fit M just over my knees, L is uncomfortably tight and XL just comfortably tight. The chamois is a lot thicker than the Kiss Air, which is fine but it takes a lot of getting used to. There also seems to be an edge between the middle part and the surrounding part (outside the black border) which sometimes irritates me.

Waste of me money
After a year, I can finally say that these are one of the worst cycling shorts I have ever bought. I have quite a few garments from castelli and have always been very happy with them until this one came along. It pinches your entire blood flow to legs causing you to acidify very quickly, the chamois is too far back for my liking.

Even smaller than other Castelli trousers
I bought other Castelli trousers, like the Entrata. These I have in L despite having an M normally. But this Endurance 3 is really still too small in L. Of these, I really needed an XL! I am 1.82 tall and 86kg. The chamois seems even better than the KISS Air2, but I haven't worn it enough to be sure.

Value for money
With a vEverest attempt looming, I didn't want to skimp on cycling shorts. While training, I did several long rides in other trousers, but they did not compare to these trousers in terms of comfort. Spent almost 13 hours on the bike without getting any discomfort from anything. As stated in other reviews, the trousers are a bit small (2XL is a bit on the edge for me, 1.95m/85kg). In cycling position, however, fine in terms of fit and ultimately that's what they are meant for. The legs give good compression on the thighs, takes some getting used to, but very pleasant on the long ride. The finish of the trousers, especially the seams, make for an irritation-free ride. Of course, as I am used to, delivered super fast by Mantel.

Lovely trousers for long trips!
Very nice trousers (for long rides). Have worn them several times now on rides of more than 5 hours and haven't had any problems. The only thing I had to get used to is that the chamois is a bit lower at the crotch at the front, but this doesn't bother me while cycling.

Top trousers! Buy!
Really nice trousers. Whereas I had actually switched to Assos because I no longer liked Castelli's kiss air chamois, this Progretto is clearly another class better. It's an investment, but these trousers are really nice. Not had a grain of discomfort during rides. The compression feels nice and the grip in the legs ensures that the trousers really don't creep up. In short, nothing but praise for these trousers! And following the strict rules of the cycling code, it is black ;-) matches perfectly with an Espresso shirt!

Deze Castelli Endurance zit je als gegoten op het zadel. Ook bij lange ritten blijft het comfortabel. Had deze broek eerder moeten aanschaffen.

Top trousers at a good price
As always very comfortable trousers Castelli. The Progetti chamois is my favourite; which I know will always fit and stay put during long rides. Good value in the sale for 85 euros.

My previous Endurance Bibshort was worn out after 5000 kilometres. The new one can go for another few kilometres. For me, the bibshort to go when riding long distances.

Finally running carefree miles
Calculated my size on Castelli's site, matched Mantel's advice. The trousers fit perfectly. Even my fatter belly doesn't give a problem. I have now done over 200 km in two rides and not a penny of pain!

In my opinion, the best cycling shorts
After 100 km, only with this chamois I have no discomfort. Just take a size bigger than you normally would, I normally always have M, and I chose L/

Unfortunately not the trousers for me
Based on the selection guide I ended up with these trousers, because I did not know whether I should have the L or XL I ordered both, the L was very tight so I thought the XL should be fine. While cycling, I noticed some strange creases and some chafing at the front at the crotch. The chamois felt comfortable at first but after a while it didn't feel good anymore. Either the fit doesn't suit me or I bought the wrong size. The L is returned, the XL unfortunately a mis-buy....

The right cycling shorts for a big RR round
These cycling shorts fit like a second skin, the seat pad professionally insulates the contact points with the saddle and stays tight and wrinkle-free exactly where it should be, even after a long ride.

Fine chamois in good trousers
Great trousers, good chamois. Italian fit though, so a size up is handy.

Great product but the straps run very small
This is a Castelli quality product, very comfortable. However, as someone who always wears size L, I was surprised by this size XL model, which is really short in terms of the size of the straps.

Beautiful, strong, comfortable cycling shorts, very suitable for long distances
I immediately tested the cycling trousers thoroughly and did a 5-day cycling trip of 541 km. The trousers sat wonderfully and dry quickly after a hand wash. The tip about the right size (take a size bigger) was absolutely right, but that's usually the case with Castelli.

Well-fitting pants in the cycling position with top chamois
Pants fall small, I am 1.74 and 80 kg, the xl fits perfectly. No annoying seams in wrong places, all seams are flatlocked. Thick padding. No more saddle sores on the 180+ minute rides. Only downside is that it says made in Albania, the overall finish is of a high level !!! Very satisfied with the purchase.

After 8 hours of cycling nothing bothered me.
These pants stay on well and you will last for hours. Only I am not a fan of the mesh suspenders and prefer it to be a wide band

excellent product
tried on the first short ride of the season, 145 km on the Aurelia in liguria. this dungaree gives you exactly what it promises. comfortable pad until the last km, thigh pad that stays put but doesn't streak annoyingly, fit without any friction from stitching.

Blij mee, koop er nog een bij, had eerst wat twijfels over de band om het been maar het elastiek schijnt zich te herstellen als je eenmaal fietst.

Pay close attention to the fit, it quickly sits crazy making it not worth the money
Been riding with it for 3 months now. The fit of this bib-short does not fit my body so I have the "feeling" that the chamois is too much to the back. This does not cause a problem the first hour, but after 2 - 3 hours the cushioning is not as good as pants with a Kiss air2 chamois. Furthermore, I get creases in the pants that cause friction and irritation. Have had a Castelli Entrata pant in the past that did not have this problem. Guess these pants are a bit of a roulette, if the fit is good they will be great, but if you have a deviated body they suck. Bought an L according to the guidelines, (pants size 33, 85kg, 185cm)
Pros & Cons

Fine pants, a bit pricey though
Now made 2 rides of +/- 2.5 hours on the MTB. Previously only cycled with Decathlon pants. So this is a huge improvement
Pros & Cons

Beautiful pants with too high a price tag.
First ride went well and no problems at all. On the second ride, after 60 km, I started having some problems with the seat (maybe a one-off). Otherwise it is a nice pants that fits well around the legs, but don't know if I would buy them again for the same money.
Pros & Cons

Top pants and chamois
Cycled a few times and fits like a glove. Had a Craft pants with C1 chamois but this chamois is more comfortable
Pros & Cons

Top pants
These are the first pants that are as comfortable after 6+ hours of riding as when you just left. Well worth its money and in my opinion better than pants that cost one and a half times as much. The only disadvantage is the length of the trouser legs, which are a bit long, but that is a matter of taste. Well, and that sizing ... An M of these pants is tighter than an S of Assos, but still Castelli ;)
Pros & Cons

Good cycling pants that are overpriced
Pants close very well around the legs and fit perfectly around the buttocks. Find that the proghetta chamois is no better than the kiss air chamois. After an hour and a half in the saddle, the seat starts to feel sore anyway. Therefore, I don't think these cycling shorts with this chamois are worth their price.

Made 180km/4200hm with these pants last weekend. Nothing to complain about, fits like a glove.

8 hours in the saddle? No problem / 8 uur in het zadel? Geen probleem
8 hours and 5 min peddling time last weekend. great trip. Progetto X2 Air just works. These are now my go to. Afgelopen weekend 8 uur en 5 min peddelen. geweldige reis. Progetto X2 Air werkt gewoon. Deze zijn nu mijn bestemming.

Good shorts for long rides
It took me three attempts to get a proper size (my standard size is M, but in Castelli world it is XL! :-D) But finally, I got what I need and I like these shorts - The Progetto X2 Air chamois works indeed very well
Pros & Cons

Well fitting pants and feels good, fine chamois.
The first ride felt instantly familiar. After a longer ride also just very comfortable sitting.

Decent Shorts with Castelli's top end pad but beware of sizing.
First up my measurements: Height: 180cm, Weight: 79kg, Waist: 90cm, Hips: 95cm, Chest size: 110cm I ordered both the size L & XL. The L seemed a little on the tight side, while the XL just didn't seem tight enough and I think there would have been a possibility of pad movement or bunching on a long ride. This is one set of bibs where I was exactly between sizes so I returned both. Looking back I would probably have gotten away with the L so my advice would be to go for that size if you are the same measurements as me. PS - the Progetto 2 pad is quite thick so may take a bit of getting used to if you're not used to such luxury!

Comfortable cycling pants at a great price
I used the cycling shorts mainly on the bike trainer indoors for a few longer rides but fit very well and the chamois is ideal for longer rides as well!
Pros & Cons

Top chamois and pants without paying top price
A breath of fresh air compared to my previous cycling shorts. I haven't had any more problems with saddle sores or tired backside on long trips. Because the pants are tight at your legs, they also support your muscles well, which is comfortable when you are out for a long time. I also have no problems with the length of the suspenders, when I'm on the bike they keep the pants on well without pinching anywhere. If I stand upright they are a bit short (pulling at shoulders), but of course that's not what the pants are for. The only downside is that I ordered the wrong pants with the coat selection tool. According to the site I should have ordered an L, but they were really tight around my legs and crotch. After consulting with the customer service I finally got the right one, normally I have L and in this case XL.

Pros & Cons

It couldn't be more comfortable
Like sitting on cushions, that's how comfortable this Castelli Endurance is. The choice when I am doing a ride of 2 hours or longer. Ideal for endurance training. One downside? That comfort, it really gets used way too fast, you won't want anything else after these pants.
