The Garmin Edge 130 Plus Bundle has an HRM-Dual heart rate monitor that can be connected to your cycling computer via ANT+ or Bluetooth to measure your performance.
The Edge 130 Plus Bundle gives you insight into your VO2 max, recovery time, training load and learn how your body responds to training.
Compared to the Garmin Edge 130, the Garmin Edge 130 Plus has: incident detection, ClimbPro, MTB dynamics and you can load training sessions directly from Trainingspeaks or Garmin Connect.
View mountain biking stats such as number of jumps, jump distance, airtime and how smooth your descent is thanks to Grit and Flow stats.
Thanks to the Climb Pro function, you can see in advance which climbs are coming with information about length, gradients and duration.
The Bolt 3 features ANT+ and Bluetooth for connection to sensors, power meters, turbo trainers and smartphones.
With a 2.3 inch colour display, routes and data are now even more clearly visible.
Battery life has been improved; the bike computer lasts up to 20 hours!
The Bolt 3 has an aerodynamic, race-ready design.
Cons
Compared to the Edge 130, the battery life of the Edge 130 Plus has decreased slightly. The Edge 130 Plus should be charged after approximately 12 hours of use.
The Quick LEDs have been replaced by an on-screen dashboard which may be less intuitive for some users.
A heart rate belt, speed and cadence sensors are not included as standard.
