This power meter is not suitable for Ultegra 6800 and Dura Ace 9000 chainrings.
You need a new, GXP bottom bracket for this power meter. It does not fit in a Shimano bottom bracket.
Some cranks require a spacer between the pedal and crank arm. This increases the Q-factor.
Has no internal battery, so you will need to replace the button cell batteries from time to time.
It may take some time to get used to the Speedplay cleats.
