Cons
A Direct Drive trainer gives a more realistic cycling feel, less wear, and no chance of wheelspin.
If you don't use an IDT tyre you rear wheel is more prone to wear.
Without a trainer tyre, your rear tyre can wear out quickly.
You can bike even more realistically with a Direct Drive trainer.
A 29-inch wheel will only fit with a special Tacx trainer tyre.
