The Lazer Genesis MIPS racing helmet is one of the lightest helmets currently on the market . As this helmet is so light, you hardly feel that you are wearing a helmet while cycling. Despite its low weight, you do not compromise on safety. For example, this helmet is equipped with MIPS. This is an extra layer in the helmet that can rotate slightly in the event of a fall. This reduces the impact and reduces the risk of a concussion. Are you still not convinced by this helmet? To be able to adjust the helmet as good as possible, you will find the Advanced Rollsys system on the inside. Nice light lid, had better fit for my 62cm noggin
Happy with quality and especially weight. The large is perfect circumference for 62cm head. Downside is the helmet easily rides up at the front i.e. tilts back so is more mobile than desired. Broke my giro in a crash and bought an £100 specialised quick fix at my local which fits really really securely in comparison its just 100gram heavier and ugly as sin compared to the Lazer so thought to try the Lazer. Venting and weight will no doubt be stellar come the summer.

A well fitting light helmet
Very light and comfortable and well ventilated. Good looking. I’ve not tested it’s safety and I’m taking that on trust! Let’s hope I’m never in a position to prove it’s worth on the road!
