Not every type of terrain is equally demanding on a mountain bike's materials and rider. As a rule, as the differences in elevation and the number of jumps increase, you will need more suspension travel. If you simply want to enjoy the comfort of high suspension travel while riding on less demanding terrain, include 'hilly terrain' and/or 'mountainous terrain' in your selection.
