The Scott Scale RC Team is a particularly handsome hardtail mountain bike with little to fault on or about. This is due to the perfect combination of progressive geometry, high-quality equipment and front fork with fast tyres.
Complete picture
This Scott Scale RC Team is a hardtail mountain bike made to bang. Besides looking very good with its timeless colours, this Scott is also equipped with the right components. With this, it is made to perform in races, on your mountain bike tours or to set a new PR on the local mountain bike route!

Geometry of a modern competition bike
The new Scott Scale RC Team has a typical cross-country look inspired by Scott Racing MTB team models. With a lazy headtube angle and short stem, it steers razor-sharp but is also more controllable on steep descents. The low handlebars and relatively long top tube make for a quick position on the bike. For years, 29-inch wheels have been the most popular choice for a new mountain bike. These larger wheels roll effortlessly over all kinds of obstacles. Completing the picture is Schwalbe's Racing Ray front tyre and Racing Ralph rear tyre. The Ray has plenty of grip and therefore steers ideally on all kinds of surfaces. The Ralph is a bit smoother and helps you accelerate smoothly.
The desired equipment
The Shimano XT 1x12 speed drivetrain works accurately, reliably and quickly. The huge range of the 10-51 tooth cassette means you'll never be short of a gear. Only the chain is not from the XT line. This is an SLX one. In terms of quality, it is hardly inferior to the XT version, but we can no longer call it a complete XT drivetrain.
High quality fork
The Rockshox SID SL RL Air front fork is one of the best xc forks currently available. It is light and stiff and speaks smoothly without bouncing, if adjusted properly.
The fork has two positions that you control from your handlebars: Fixed for when you're pulling a sprint or on a steep climb, and open for all other conditions.
