Great city bike.
Fine bike, sturdy, good manoeuvrability, so fine city bike. After delivery, the lights did not work, wiring was connected the wrong way round, unusual. The wire of the bike computer is just too short to run nicely along one of the brake cables, which is a shame. Range on eco at least 150 km. Quiet motor, only sometimes seems to go on for a while if you keep your legs still. No suspension makes cycling nice and direct, in my opinion on 90% of cycle paths in the Netherlands suspension is not necessary (makes the bike unnecessarily heavier and more expensive) and with this one the tyre width also catches some. Bike computer is not detachable, where I live that doesn't matter but bear it in mind (you can replace it with the EW-EN100, then you no longer have a speedometer but everything is then controllable and reading can be done with the Shimano app). Headlight on the frame behind a steel cap, nicely protected and gives a quiet view with bikes (especially when coming from the pub :-)). There is quite a gap between the fourth and fifth gears, precisely the ones I use most often. Should have Shimano take a look at this. Battery housing is quite smooth and also has no handle or anything, so is prone to dropping it (which is precisely what is very bad for batteries). The standard charger takes almost 8 hours to get the battery from empty to full, which I think is quite long (after coming home from work at the end of the evening it is still not full). Furthermore, it has no bluetooth so if you want to change something in the drive, you have to buy a module for that (SM-PCE02 or EW-EN100). By the way, delivery by Mantel was excellent! (We couldn't check that the lights didn't work because the battery would be empty).

Compliments on the helpfulness and thoughtfulness. We will definitely come back here!
Recently, we were looking for a new bike for our 12-year-old son. We ended up at this great bike shop. At first, things seemed a bit disappointing, as they didn't have a bike smaller than 50 cm in stock. That was a bummer, because we were still hoping to succeed that day. Fortunately, the staff really took the time for us and patiently went to see if anything else was possible. And with success! A 48 cm bike was eventually found - officially a women's bike, but luckily in this day and age that no longer matters. The bike had exactly the colour and look our son wanted and he is super happy with it. Thanks to the fine service and customer-friendliness of the team, our son will soon be able to go to his new school with a beautiful new bike.
