The Fizik Monte saddle is a comfortable saddle for multiple disciplines. The Monte is comfortable, stiff and has the right pressure distribution. The Fizik Monte is made of a sturdy, carbon-reinforced nylon shell.

Due to the Extended Tail Flex technology - an improvement of Fizik’s tried Tail Flex technology - Fizik managed to provide a larger support area in the saddle’s rear. This is important to mountain bikers looking for optimal balance and positioning for control and efficient pedal stroke. The Fizik Monte saddle is also equipped with the completely new S-Alloy rail for light weight and toughness, Comfort PU foam and a pressure relieving duct. All that makes this saddle perfect for offroad use.

Saddle shape
This saddle has a semi-round rear part, making it highly suitable for riders who move a little while they ride and whose hips rock a little from side to side. The semi-round shape provides plenty of support for those riders while maintaining sufficient freedom of movement compared to a flat saddle.

Flexibility
This is a semi-flat saddle, meaning that the saddle is flat at the front, and raised a little at the back. The shape makes it particularly suitable for riders with a moderate degree of flexibility in their spine. This has to do with the rotation of your pelvis. For instance, when you're upright you might need a little extra support, but when rotating forward to ride on the drops you're fine.
