- These wheels do not require retensioning, as this is already included in the production process.
- Elitewheels Pro hubs with good sealing and TPI industrial bearings run smoothly even in the long run.
- 6-hole brake disc connection is less common but a lighter system than centrelock.
- Not suitable for e-mtb.

The high-precision Elitewheels Pro hubs with good sealing and TPI industrial bearings spin smoothly and hold up well over a longer duration. Tension in the wheel is nicely distributed thanks to the 28 strong and reliable Sapim CX ray spokes with a 3-cross spoking pattern. Despite the rim width and number of spokes, it remains a very light mountain bike wheelset.
Rims
Toray T700- as T800 carbon fibres are used for the rims. These two types of carbon fibres are used in different places to increase the wheel's strength-to-weight ratio, while reducing lateral and radial forces and increasing power transmission. The rims are also specially designed to make sealing tubeless tyres with a floor pump even easier.
Hubs
The Elitewheels Pro hub comes standard and features TPI bearings. Both the front and rear hubs are made of 7075 aluminium alloy. The lightweight body features a ratchet system with 36 teeth.
Spokes
Sapim CX-Ray spokes are used in the Pro36 wheels. After the initial alignment, the wheel is loaded sideways. This process is repeated again. The wheels are side-loaded a total of 16 times. We consider this an essential quality control standard. As a result, our wheels are guaranteed to stay within 0.2 mm of the actual value. The spoke shift of 2.8 mm minimises the difference in spoke tension right and left. This makes for a stronger and laterally stiffer wheel, giving you more control.

Excellent product at a price other brands can't compete with
I use these wheels for cross-country riding and frankly, since I've fitted them, I don't feel like I'm riding the same bike.

very nicely finished especially considering the price
Ordered the wheels last week after Mantel's discount offer. I had read the reviews beforehand and they are tremendously good. Another plus is that the hubs are very similar to those of Dt swiss and in the reviews I also read that the Ratchet internals and even the body fit. I've only done 1 ride with it but the bike feels a lot faster with acceleration compared to the standard wheels. Of course, durability has yet to prove itself but the reviews were the deciding factor to buy them. It really is a nicely ripped off set with Sapim aero spokes and the fact that they basically don't need to be retensioned makes it a competitive price. just look up the reviws and convince yourself. And it also comes with a 3-year warranty against production defects.
