CyclOn Wet Weather Spray Lubricant

CyclOn MTB Wet Spray is a very strong lubricant designed especially for wet weather and muddy conditions. This makes it highly suitable for mountain bikes and motor bikes. Wet spray does gather more dirt than a dry lubricant, but is water resistant and protects against rust to a much higher degree.

Instructions for use
• Clean your chain thoroughly with a degreaser such as CyclOn Bionet.
• Shake the spray can well and spray the chain with the CyclOn Wet Spray.
• Prevent the spray from getting onto your brake discs.
• Allow the lube to set, and then wipe the chain with a dry cloth. This last step removes excess lubricant so the chain gathers less dirt.

The CyclOn Wet Spray is very suitable for use on any bicycle, the spray is also very suitable for the chain of your mountain bike to spray when you've planned a wet trip.

When should I use wet lube and when should I use dry lube?
Wet/dry refers to the weather conditions you ride in. Wet lube will not wash off your chain after a shower, but it will attract more dirt. Dry lube is often thinner and therefore needs to be applied more frequently.

When and how often should I lubricate my chain?
This is a tricky question as it depends on how much you ride and what kind of lubricant you use. The best thing to do is to watch out for a dry chain. This can be seen or heard. Another sign that you need to relubricate is if your chain is very dirty, because you have been cycling in the rain for example. Make sure you first clean the chain before you lubricate it again. You will also learn to feel when it is best to lubricate.
