De Born Super Liquid Gel is een krachtige energie gel voor de tweede fase van de inspanning. De Super Liquid Gels worden in rap tempo in het bloed opgenomen. In tegenstelling tot sportrepen zijn de Liquid Gels eenvoudiger te consumeren en te verteren tijdens intensieve inspanningen. Hierdoor zijn de Super Liquid Gels bij uitstek geschikt voor consumptie bij een hoge hartslag of in de laatste fasen van een wedstrijd of training.

Door de vloeibare samenstelling zijn de Born Super Liquid Gels goed verteerbaar voor de maag. De Super Liquid Gels kunnen zonder water worden ingenomen. Technology

Recommended dosage: The depletion of the carbohydrate supply during exercise is one of the main causes of fatigue. Carbohydrate replenishment before and during exercise can improve (cycling) performance. If the effort lasts longer than 90 minutes, it is recommended to consume extra carbohydrates. A common strategy is to consume energy gels during the high-intensity phases of exercise. The digestion process of energy gels requires less blood flow compared to other sports nutrition products.

Recommended dosage: The 2:1 glucose/fructose ratio (Cool Coffee/Cherry) increases carbohydrate intake to 90 grams per hour (normally 60 grams). Take 1-3 Super Liquid Gels per hour during active efforts. Take no more than 15 Super Liquid Gels per day.
