This hybrid bike combines a sporty look with comfort. The combination of a derailleur drivetrain and the option to mount mudguards makes the BMC Alpenchallenge AL Three a versatile, sporty hybrid bike.
The heart of this fitness bike is its premium aluminium frame. The cables are routed through the frame, where they are well protected. As the bike has straight handlebars, your hands are always close to the brakes. Add the lightweight aluminium fork and this Alpenchallenge guarantees crisp handling.
Shifting and braking
This sporty bike is equipped with the Shimano Deore groupset, which is group made for the novice sporty cyclist. The 1x12 setup is durable and reliable to ensure many carefree rides. The 11/51 cassette provides a very wide gear range so that you can cycle up steep hills with ease. The Shimano hydraulic disc brakes deliver a lot of braking power, even in bad weather. They are also easy to control.
For all conditions
The BMC Alpenchallenge Three has mounting points in the frame that make it easy to attach mudguards, which you'll appreciate when riding in not so great weather. The Vittoria tyres roll lightly, are highly puncture-resistance and offer good grip.
