The narrow-wide tooth profile prevents your chain from falling off the chainring. With these Wolf Tooth Direct Mount SRAM 8-bolt chainrings, you can use a more recently released 12 speed crankset for your 9/10/11 speed mountain bike. The chainrings are CNC milled with high precision, making for a very nice looking chainring.
