The Shimano Ultegra R8000 Cassette has been further optimised. Shimano was able to shave something off the weight again. The cassette is a bit better finished to be able to handle the easy switching movement and has become more durable than its predecessor. There are multiple cassette ratios to choose from for different areas. For example, the cassettes ending on 23T and 25T more are used on flat and slightly sloping roads. The 28T for hilly roads and the 30T and 32T for real mountain rides. Of course, you have to take into account whether you drive compact, semi-compact or double.
The HG-701 Quick Link is a Shimano 11-speed Ultegra / XT quality chain with a Quick Link. This chain is suitable for both 11-speed mountain bike and 11-speed race groups. Other chain brands already had it, and now Shimano has it too. The Shimano Quick Link is a quick way to release the chain, to clean the chain or replace it. You can close the chain by the chain link.
