Please note the mounting of the inner ring!
Shimano has released different series of 10 speed triple cranksets. If your crankset has the inner ring mounted on the crankset, you need a Shimano 105 5703 10 speed triple middle ring. However, if the inner ring of your crankset is mounted directly to the middle ring, you will need the Shimano R563 middle ring. The 105 5703 outer and inner ring can still be used.
Blade bolts needed?
Unsuccessfully, the blade bolts sometimes get twisted or wear out in some other way. Fortunately, the blade bolts to secure this chainring are available separately! To mount the middle and outer ring, you can use the Shimano Y18C98010 bolts set.
To mount the inner ring, you can use Shimano Ultegra 6703 Y1LK98010 bolts.
Do not forget to put mounting paste on the bolt before you tighten it. This will make it easier to loosen them in the future.

Alternative sprocket fitted happily
Finding the right sprocket was still a bit tricky. The one I bought now is meant for a shimano 105 group with a triple. I have a shimano group (double) with tiagra and sora parts. A few years back, the original sprocket was worn out, but was no longer available. Another supplier then supplied me with the above sprocket, which luckily fit. That was now worn out and so had to be replaced. But it was still a bit of a search to find this sprocket on the website. I succeeded and it fit. I am now riding with it to my satisfaction.
