Scope's wheels can be divided into three categories; Road, All-Road and Off-Road. With this line-up, Scope has a suitable wheelset for every bike rider, allowing you to cope with different terrains.

Developed in the Netherlands

All of Scope's wheels are hand-built and developed with scientific foundation. For example, Scope cooperates with TU (Technical University) Eindhoven, TU Delft, SKF and Schwalbe to develop the best quality wheel sets. The starting point when developing the wheels is to find the perfect balance between aerodynamics, weight, stiffness and durability. The wheels are approached as one collaborative whole and with that, every detail is worked out to perfection. From spoke nipple to carbon rim to tyre-wheel combination, quality is guaranteed.

3-year warranty

To emphasise the quality, Scope offers a 3-year warranty after registering your wheelset on their website.

Lifetime Crash-replacement

Crashes happen in cycling, there is sometimes no escaping them. Scope's crash replacement service allows you to replace your broken equipment quickly and at a reduced rate.

What road bike wheels does Scope have?

The road bike wheels from Scope can be divided into two types of wheels: Sport Series wheels and Race Series wheels.

The Sport Series is made up of Scope's most economical carbon road bike wheels. The techniques from Scope's first-generation wheels have been reused in the Sport Series. The Sport Series comes in three versions: the S3, S4 and the S5. The number indicates the rim depth and the letter S indicates the series. The Sport series are there for anyone who wants to buy a good Carbon wheelset at a great price.

The Race series have been further developed compared to the Sport series and are perfect for riders who want to get the very best out of their material. The rim profile of these Scope wheels has been further developed using Algorithm Enhanced Aerodynamics (AEA) technology. This algorithm calculates the most aerodynamic rim profile to ensure optimal performance. In addition, the Race series has a Diamond Ratchet body system that provides excellent engagement. This comes in handy in races, for example, where you have to accelerate out of corners as fast as possible.

What are the differences between the Sport Series and the Race Series?

The Race Series wheels have an improved hub and freehub body. In addition, the Race Series feature further optimised aerodynamics and a wider external rim size, which is either 28 or 30 mm, compared to 26 mm on the Sport Series. The Race Series uses CX-Ray / Sprint Aero spokes and the Sport series features Sapim CX Leader Aero spokes. The Race Series wheels are lighter than the Sport Series counterparts. Both series use the Scope tubeless system, locally reinforced carbon around the spoke holes and custom SKF bearings.

What All-Road wheels does Scope have?

Scope has three Road Series All-Road wheelsets and one Sport Series All-Road wheel. The Road Series is made up of the R3.A, R4.A and R5.A wheelsets. The Sport Series contains only the S4.A wheelset, which is actually the most recent set from Scope's line-up. Alls these wheels can be used on off-road and road. They are mainly combined gravel bikes, but are also suitable for road bikes that fit wheels with wider tyres. We therefore recommend a tyre width with road bike tyres of 28 - 32 mm and gravel tyres of 35 - 57 mm wide.

Scope MTB wheels

The Scope R2.O MTB wheelset is the only MTB wheelset in Scope's range. With a weight of 1366 grams, these wheels with carbon rims are among the lightest MTB wheels on the market. This wheelset is perfect for cross-country (XC), as it is incredibly stiff and therefore also suitable to use for races.
