A cheaper and simpler solution than a riser bar
Great – I’m tall, so my saddle is quite high; this simple part raises my handlebars by 4 cm, which means I no longer get numb hands or neck pain. Please note: your cables (brakes and gears) must also have 4 cm of slack!!

My front fork had been shortened (sawed off) a bit by the previous owner. With this adjustable stem, I got the handlebars back to the right height quickly and normally.
