Subject: RE: Order confirmation 10361331 Dear Mantel, I’m very pleased with the smooth ordering process; I assembled everything last Saturday, 25 July. When unpacking the items delivered, I immediately noticed that the outer tyre was quite misshapen. After fitting, the bike doesn’t ride smoothly; you can feel there’s a wobble. I’ve tried everything to align this tyre as best as possible. The tape, inner tube and outer tyre are all fitted correctly to the rim. You can see that the tyre is misshapen when it’s spinning. P.S. I’m still waiting for your response; I haven’t heard anything yet about my complaint via email.
