Ortlieb 'TopTube-Bag'

Quality is good, typical ortlieb. For me a good size for a 400 gr powerbank, 500 gr lock and some small things like sunscreen and lip balm, passport and money. Minus point is the attachment for the phone. This is awkward and a hassle to attach it between the elastic. The same goes for the attachment with straps. That is not possible on a wide top tube. Whoever thought of that must not have graduated from industrial design school....
