Great bike, easy and handy and good value for money

I use it for daily commuting (15 km one way). You arrive wonderfully relaxed and sweaty. The engine gives good support, so you get away quickly at traffic lights and don't suffer from headwind. I only use the eco mode, which gives you plenty of range and support for a comfortable ride.

In eco mode, still a good 'bike feel' with a little help. No need to become a freewheeler. Stable bike, steers nicely.

The Gazelle Charmonix is a fine bike and is easy to ride. Thanks to the somewhat wider tires, it has great handling and hills and bridges are no problem for the fine engine under the bike.

After ordering, the process allows you to arrange a delivery location. This is all super fast. The bike was waiting for me shiny and I was verbally explained the main features. Super well taken care of.

Was as a gift for my father of almost 80 and he is super satisfied with it. He was looking for an Ebike with low steps but which still looked sporty. It is also easy to operate, no complicated programs and also very light. My father doesn't even turn on the motor all the time, only when he needs it. I can really recommend this bike !

Exactly in the line,which I expected. Top quality!

Bare bike no jacket/leg protection. A saddle that is rock hard. Bike already been back twice for a rattling battery and front fork suspension. Tires that produce very much roll off noise , if you ride in tandem you think of a car coming up behind.

This Chamonix model is a beautiful sporty version from Gazelle. Fast and comfortable bike with standard 500Wh, more than enough for longer distances. Cables are concealed as is the battery and it is easy to remove to recharge elsewhere, even though you have to know and get used to how to do it quickly.
