Assos Mille GTS S11 ST

Very disappointed, as they don’t stay in place properly and the padding rubs against my genitals, which is painful. Other brands are much more comfortable. Expensive and disappointing; not worth the price.

My equipe rs S9 snapped after four years. So a new pair of trousers. In the shop, I hesitated between the rs S11 and the Mille gts s11. The latter became it because it sat best in the shop on the test bike with underwear. Main differences with the rs are the thicker chamois and the grip on the legs. The chamois proved to be the problem in practice. In practice, it is uncomfortable, shifts and because of its thickness chafes and irritations. Something I never had with the previous trousers. Longer rides, between 80 and 100 kilometres, were not comfortable. Hesitating about buying the rs this spring after all and discarding the Mille. But I'll give it some more time.
