Lid lost during first ride

After putting some spare materials in the water bottle, I tightened the lid, but what I immediately noticed was that at the end it "shot over the threads. During the first ride on the mtb, over a root section, I heard something fall, and yep, the lid popped off. Still went back but the lid is nowhere to be found. After 1 bike ride, the tool bottle has already become worthless. Contacted Mantel, they offered me the same or an alternative for this toolbidon free of charge. TOP SERVICE!!! I am now going for a BBB, hope that lid closes better....
