Nano Flex 3G and Nano Flex Xtra Dry
This long cycling tight has been designed for serious training in different wintery conditions. Castelli has put a lot of thought into its construction. The tight is mainly made of Nano Flex 3G fabric, which makes it highly water-repellent; it will keep you dry for longer than average cycling legwear with a water-repellent layer. Despite this layer, the Sorpasso remains breathable, stretchy and warm. And to further increase the warmth and improve wind protection, Nano Flex Xtra Dry material is used on the hips and thighs.
Progetto X2 Air seat pad
Castelli's Progetto X2 Air seat pad is ideal for cyclists who like to make long rides. This chamois has been designed to protect your skin well, and has the right thicknesses to protect you no matter how many hours you spend in the saddle. The top layer is made of 4-way-stretch microfibre and has no seams to create minimal friction during cycling. The foam in the seat pad has been perforated by Castelli to make it highly breathable. The chamois has two different sections to give you the best support where you need it most.
Fit
As this bib tight is very stretchy, it has a snug fit around the legs. It also provides light compression to reduce the effect of the vibrations of the road surface on your leg muscles. This helps to keep your legs fit for longer during a long ride. The bends at the knees and hips are pre-shaped to make the tight fit optimally when you're in your cycling position.
Reflection for better visibility
As the days in winter are darker than the days in summer, this cycling tight has additional reflective elements, located on the back of the calves so that traffic coming from behind can see you faster.
If you want to continue to cycle comfortably through the winter, the Castelli Sorpasso RoS W bib tight is definitely a good addition to your cycling wardrobe!

Fine trousers for colder weather with good value for money
Used the trousers on winter days with temperatures between 0 and 6 degrees. Also had rain along the way. Cycled around for 2 hours and remained comfortable in terms of body heat

Perfect fit, but is not a warm winter pant!
This bibtight has a great fit, fine chamois and is very elastic. I was looking for a good and warm winter bibtight (temperature around freezing point) and bought these bibtights because my friend has the same men's bibtight and is very satisfied with them. However, the women's trousers are NOT comparable to the men's version! The women's trousers have different fabric on top of the thighs which is much thinner than the men's trousers and therefore also do not provide sufficient warmth in temperatures around freezing point or below. This is not clearly indicated. So are you looking for a good winter pant that will keep you warm at 0 degrees or below, do NOT buy these and better opt for the Polare. The trousers in themselves get 5* from me, but since I bought them as warm winter trousers, they score a 2* on that part. Too bad!

Exactly what I expected from it. Took my first ride with them, and fit fine. Am 1.74 myself and the trousers are on the short side.
