i like the product to lubricate because it smells nice and gives a nice feeling and the plus point is the tan it adds over time. use eau de cologne with a flannel to get your hands clean and degreased afterwards. preferably don't apply too much to your skin. the function is actually in massaging your muscles before exercise.
