I ordered he Mantel my Urban Arrow. It was in stock and was delivered very quickly! I was soon called to say that there was something wrong with this version of the bike from Urban Arrow. So I wasn't allowed to ride it straight away. Unfortunately, it had already been shipped so the people from Mantel couldn't fix it before they sent it either. The people from Mantel had someone come to me to fix it on the spot. So that I could get on the road with it as soon as possible. In short, excellent service! Thank you very much!
