An acquaintance provided text and explanation, no Dutch manual
Haven't tried everything yet, what has been tested so far is fine. Can't find the total score of all rides ridden.

Great product! The purchase was worth it, everything went very quickly, thank you
I am very satisfied. I had previously bought a Garmin Edge 2, but I returned it because I couldn't get to grips with it at all. Wahoo Bolt is exactly what I need and very easy to use.

Good, compact bike sat nav with a good price/performance ratio
The Bolt v2 does a very good job and if you use a good platform for route planning (I use komoot and RideWithGPS), you have a good solution for your tours at an entry-level price. I particularly like the compact design and the ease of use (even if the app is very poorly rated, you shouldn't let that put you off). The battery life is great and you can "load" the Bolt v2 with sufficient map material. I really like the option of integrating all the major route planners. Only the GPS accuracy is sometimes a little weaker (under trees etc.), so the v3 might be better.

The reference button cyclocomputer
It is a revision of the first ELEMNT Bolt. Its main novelty is the colour, but it also has a renewed aesthetic and a screen that better avoids sun glare. The battery life is the same (approximately 4 outings of 3 or 3.5 hours). Navigation is also done via buttons, which is much more comfortable and simpler than touchscreen computers. Its weaknesses are that, in addition to not having the ClimbPro function, you will have to buy the tether separately.

Definitely worth its money
Good value for money for this Wahoo. I am not someone who sits on my bike daily so didn't want to spend a lot for a bike computer and chose this wahoo. And is definitely worth its money. For mtb I recommend a speedometer for some more accurate speed.

Sociable companion with quite a few quirks
During our 1500 km bike ride through Norway, the GPS was nicknamed the parakeet. It chirps along nicely to guide you along the preset route. If you deviate from the route you will know it. The little beast keeps unruly beeping that you deviate from the route, ad nauseam. You can turn off the sound and follow the directions on the display and the LEDs at the top of the display, which, for example, indicate the direction of travel. As I couldn't load the map of Norway via the app on the GPS, I only saw the route. This went well outside the city but in Oslo, for example, it was not doable. Only on the last day of cycling in the hotel, I was suddenly able to delete all maps and load Norway's. Hooray! That was nice to be able to navigate in Oslo. I did occasionally have to check the same route on my mobile in Komoot to make sure we were cycling correctly. In that, the Parakeet's display turned out not to be detailed enough. Not really cool, then. In the end, I wouldn't really recommend this gps to rely on it blindly.

Top product, best price-quality!
The Wahoo ELEMNT Bolt v2 exceeded my expectations. Setup was flawless thanks to the intuitive app connectivity, and within minutes I was ready to ride. The colour screen is bright and easy to read, even in bright sunlight. What I particularly appreciate is the accuracy of the GPS and the extensive connectivity with sensors such as heart rate monitor, cadence sensor and power meter. Integration with platforms like Strava and Komoot also works perfectly - uploading and tracking routes is a piece of cake. Battery life is impressive: several long rides ridden without recharging in between. In addition, the compact, aerodynamic design looks sleek on handlebars, bars. In short: the Bolt v2 is highly recommended for both the avid cyclist and the recreational cyclist who wants to get just that little bit more out of his rides.

Great navigation at a good price.
Fine navigation for this price. It is easy to read and the battery lasts quite long. On a 70 0or 80 km trip, it consumes 20%. It took some fiddling and getting used to the first few trips but once everything is clear it is very easy to use. I only find the hos coverage moderate, especially under trees. My Smartwatch and phone have no trouble with that at all. I also find that there is sometimes some 'lag' in the navigation which means the speed is not displayed correctly. Once in open areas, this is no problem at all.

A user-friendly bike computer with mega battery life!
Have owned it for 2 weeks now and already cycled about 250km with it. I am very impressed! Previously had a Garmin edge 820. The Element Bolt v2 excels especially in user-friendliness (button operation is very good, even in pouring rain) and battery life (62% left after a day on the bike!). The Wahoo Element app is also nice; look up/create routes in the app and load them onto your bike computer with 1 click! I am completely won over after these two weeks. Also due to the attractive price (compared to the, I now think, over-priced Garmins...).
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Great range of functions in a compact design!
A great bike computer! The Bolt offers everything you would expect from a modern bike computer in such a compact housing. The range of functions is more than sufficient (who constantly looks at their 1000 available data when they want to navigate?) and if the size is too small, I can recommend the ROAM. All in all, an easy-to-use and reliable device, even compared to the competition.

Top for your performance, less so if you're looking for directions.
Great bike computer, quickly installed and all app added. Works great during your ride. Good data on your performance. Map is too small, barely usable

I did not have too high expectations but the navigation is clearer than Garmin. It is also very friendly to use/operate. Battery life hasn't disappointed me so far. And the link with Komoot makes sure you have your route on it in no time

User-friendly and compact for any (novice) cyclist!
Had been on my wish list for a long time. Was hesitant because of it not having a touchscreen, but this did not disappoint me. The Wahoo is user-friendly and (GPX) routes are easy to sync with apps like Strava and Komoot. The value for money is also a big plus when you look at other cycling computers like Garmin, for example.

For anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-use bike computer, I can recommend the Wahoo ELE
The Wahoo ELEMNT Bolt V2 is a great bike computer that impressed me in every respect. The navigation is super precise, the display is razor sharp and easy to read in all light conditions. Thanks to the intuitive operation and easy synchronisation with apps such as Strava or Komoot, it is a real pleasure to use

Great navigation and cycling computer for anyone wanting ease of use without extensive options
Used Komoot for creating routes on PC and riding on phone until now. Because of better battery by started looking at navigation system and doubted between this one and Garmin. Visited mantel Arnhem and got an explanation of the various systems and chose this one. Ridden 3 times now and I like it. The Wahoo is easy to use/operate and navigates well, even in woods under trees.

Fine bike computer for that price!
After 8 years of loyal service, my first Bolt finally stopped working last week (after a few malfunctions). I immediately ordered the v2. This one works similar to the first model, but has some improvements. Very user-friendly and easy to link to cycling apps. In terms of price and quality, the best bike computer in my opinion. Disadvantage is (and remains) the altimeter sensor. It deviates quite a lot from that of my cycling mates. It can be adjusted somewhat afterwards on Strava. The screen is not large, but everything is easy to read. Only when following a read route is it sometimes a bit small. But you get used to it. The size makes the computer look nice when mounted on the support (not the most important thing, but nice). Highly recommended as far as I am concerned.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Good-quality cycling navigation, fine ease of use and perfect linking with Strava.
- A simple installation that is self-explanatory and the link to your Strava account is also automatic. - Conveniently create routes in Strava and then are automatically on your Bolt - The navigation screen is clear and easy to read. Route is clearly displayed on the screen and also supported with clear beeps if required. - The included bike mount bracket is very solid. The device sits securely and does not vibrate, making it easy to read. - Battery life is fine. You can easily ride several long routes with it before the battery runs out. - Price/quality is perfect

Good product, does what it should.
After some research, I decided in favour of the BOLTv2. My expectations were met and it's fun travelling with it. The app has a few minor weaknesses (translation and display) and seems a little overloaded at first, but you quickly find your way around. The BOLT is easy to learn to use and you quickly learn which information is shown in which field on the (small) display. At the moment I'm only using the Wahoo for navigation and recording - both work really well. Thanks to Komoot integration, planned routes can be synchronised directly to the Wahoo (note: Komoot only synchronises planned routes in areas for which you have the offline maps).

Super bike sat nav for racing and gravel bikes.
I am very satisfied, it does what it promises, I would buy it again.

Owned since a week and already made nice rides. Data is transferred quickly. Clear display. Easy to pair with the Kickr. I myself bought another screen protector and a special protective case.

An incredibly fine easy-to-navigate bike computer
I myself was very hesitant between this bike computer and a garmin edge 530 (or 540). In the shop, I finally talked to an employee and indicated what was most important to me: clear visual navigation, sound signals at turns and quick route correction. Actually, she immediately pointed me to this wahoo. I believe on garmin you could possibly still create your own route on the bike computer but otherwise the specs didn't seem much more attractive than this wahoo. I now look in Komoot, save my route and immediately find it in my wahoo app on my phone, there I start the route but I believe you can also select the route yourself on your bike computer.

Great experience. Simple and effective. Great.
Great experience. Simple, effective. Great. I have a touchscreen Garmin and the Wahoo's button navigation is much better.

Fine bike computer!
Handy bike computer, easy to use. Routes are automatically loaded from my Strava/Komoot account. Even after finishing a ride, you have the option to share it automatically on e.g. Strava. If you ride the wrong way, the navigation automatically calculates the new route. The bike computer works with buttons rather than a touchscreen.

I bought the Wahoo Bolt V2 for my first trip from Frankfurt to Amsterdam. A bit confusing at first, but after 1-2 YouTube videos, everything worked perfectly.

Bit of a disappointment
After 7 years of loyal service, my Lezyne Macro GPS finally seemed to have given up the ghost (turned out not to be the case after all). Immediately seized the moment to buy the Wahoo ELEMNT Bolt v2. My friends were very enthusiastic about it. It is certainly handy that it indicates climbs, but if there are even a few trees it loses the GPS. Besides, I've already had three times that the route suddenly stopped after x number of kilometres. Suddenly a finish flag appears on the screen and that's it. I sometimes stand by the side of the road for 15 minutes reloading the route until it suddenly does it again.

Simply better than its predecessor
An upgrade from my previous Bolt. Navigating I found worked better on the v1.

Very good! Very satisfied compared to Garmin
Everything is great. Love the device. Couldn't decide between the Garmin 530 and this device & tested both. This device was clearly the right one for me. The operation is much more intuitive.

Very good bike computer
This is now my third bike computer with navigation capabilities and so far really the very best. Navigation runs smoothly and is clear. It was also easy to set up, but because of all the options I am still a bit lost every now and then.
Pros & Cons

No support for Bluetooth -only heart rate monitors.
Well, how do you review a device that on the one hand works brilliantly, but on the other hand does not have the right software? Direction indication, power/heart rate zones with clear colours at the top, clear display, easy zooming in and out, I'd sign for it! But alas, Wahoo appears to choose not to support Bluetooth-only (heart rate) sensors. Why is beyond me, and even Wahoo itself can't tell me 'Sorry, unsupported device, good luck!'. In other words, my Frontier X heart rate monitor is worthless with this Wahoo, while Garmin and Lezyne have no trouble with it. Hence a rating of 1/5. Unfortunately, the Wahoo is going back.

Excellent successor to the Bolt v1
I accidentally put my Bolt v1 in the washing machine. I didn't have to think long about which bike computer to buy as its successor. The Bolt v2 is just as easy to use, also an excellent battery life, and as an extra, the Bolt v2 has climb detection and a nice colour screen.

Great bike computer with ditto accessories
After positive experiences in the family with the Wahoo ELEMNT Roam I switched from a simple bike computer to the Wahoo ELEMNT Bolt v2. This model was chosen because it is a lot newer than the now 3 year old Roam; this makes it a bit faster than its bigger brother at a.o. consulting the map. The somewhat smaller size of the Bolt v2. also appeals more to me. For true navigators with bad eyes, the Roam may still be worth considering. I personally use the new Bolt v2 while mountain biking, mainly of tracking my ride icm. the Wahoo Tickr heart rate monitor and the Wahoo Cadence and Speed sensors. After the ride, the activity is synced to Strava without any problem. Works perfectly. How easily these accessories link to the Bolt v2 by the way, really great. They did a perfect job at Wahoo. The Speed sensor is recommended if you find your current speed important, because during a ride through the woods, the speed without the Speed sensor is not always accurate (when viewing your workout on Strava for example, it is). The battery life should also be mentioned, which is (I think) simply top. About 8-9 hours of riding (with quite some time to pause) is no problem. Downside of the Bolt v2. is that you cannot charge it with any USB-C charger. You unfortunately have to do this with a USB-C to USB-A cable. Very silly, because all my USB-C chargers are USB-C > USB-C. Anyway, if you can accept this shortcoming, want to effortlessly track your ride and sync to Strava, I highly recommend the Bolt v2.!

Good product, practice makes perfect
If a small " digital illiterate" has to install something, download something, etc.. And you buy a bicycle navigation system, which has no Dutch description and you have to look it up on the Internet, you are already miles behind. If you finally find something on the Internet, you are already several hours further, as well as very frustrated. Finally got it to work, but because you still don't know exactly how it works, today it's fine and tomorrow it's not. I know I'm doing something wrong. All in all, I can put in a route via my phone, I can bike so I can ride a route. I suspect I now know 10 percent of the device and I like those pretty well. The rest will follow. Practice makes perfect.

Great bike computer!!!
This is the first bike computer I ever bought and I haven't regretted it for a second! I was looking for a computer to navigate well, man how well that works on the Wahoo ELEMNT Bolt v2!!! The battery life is also top notch, I have already cycled many hours without having to recharge. I can't wait to cycle many more hours with my Wahoo!
Pros & Cons

I don't know how I've managed without a GPS until now.
It does the job. Quite intuitive and accurate. Battery life is good (tested in winter). I still think it's a rather high price. Admittedly, it's a technological gem, but not that much of a gem. You can buy a cell phone at that price. I like the integration with komoot and strava, which makes planning child's play. But in the end, I'm glad I bought it.
