A bit disappointed with the actual weight measured

I bought this to replace my Schwalbe Rick XC, and I prefer it for my rides, which tend to be on cycle paths. I find it accelerates better

I use this mtb tyre (2.1" version) on the gravel bike. In terms of looks, it looks very sleek. To be disputed is whether you need such wide tyres in the Netherlands. I think so; sandy sections I get over pretty quickly. The harder surfaces this tyre is simply fast. The width means you can go low with the pressure in the tyres (I'm currently trying 1.8 bar). The rims I use have an inner width of 32 mm, and with that this tyre sits 'nicely' on the pitch, no bulges etc. chances of stones/rocks hitting the rim are small because the tyre is wide enough to provide protection. Given its width, the tyre is relatively lightweight. I ride tubeless and haven't had a puncture yet.

I am positively surprised how well the Schwalbe Thunder Burt rides even on loose, coarse gravel. To be honest, I'm thrilled. Top tyre.

Used as a gravel tyre. Works very well in all terrain but especially good for coarse gravel and uneven gravel roads. I was previously sceptical about using such wide tyres for gravel cycling but it turned out to be unfounded scepticism.

Easy to fit to rims by hand. All you have to do is try them out in the field to see how effective they are.

Ideale band voor mijn gebruik. Fiets veel op verharde wegen en toch kan je ook onder de voeten uit op niet verhard terrein

As expected, the Thunder Burt rolls easily and still offers the necessary grip in bends and off-road. I was surprised by the significantly less force required to mount it on my DT Swiss rims compared to the Conti Race King.

As tyres are getting heavier and heavier thanks to the e-bike boom, There are only a few options left !!!! For sporty riders, the Thunder Burt is still an option

Beautiful-looking tyre that gives you plenty of grip. Remove inner part of your French valve to fold the tyre around the rim. Otherwise it won't work.

I haven't put a lot of miles on these tyres yet, but they seem to be doing the job. When fitted to a carbon rim, you need a tool to thread the bead wire through. The BBB tool is perfect for this. Pressurisation is perfect. They snap on straight away and seal well. Weights checked 526 and 576g. I'm testing them this weekend on sandy ground...

Low rolling resistance, very good grip in corners.Can go through corners at quite a slant Also grip on steep climbs. Have 2.1 inch wide tyres seems quite narrow , but ride super. Fit easily on the rim (Syncross Scott) To make tubles you need to be handy. See photos Tension strap or rope lightly over the tread , then inflate!
