Heavy but sturdy

Chain and lock are very heavy in the pannier and the lock is quite difficult to open. Lock needed for insurance so really no affordable other choice

The fabric came loose after six months and exposed the chain. I claimed the lock and got a new one, but after six months with about 4-5 days of use a week, the fabric is now starting to drop even on the replacement. I am a little worried that the chain will scratch the bike so will not buy this lock again. Also occasionally sluggish to open / close the lock.
