According to the product specialist

Pros
The Shimano Dynalast 2.0 gives you 7% more volume in the toe box than the RC903, whatever width you choose.
The new Dynalast 2.0 fit gives your foot more space, which helps reduce fatigue.
The shoes come with Archsync arch supports, with the “Mid” version already fitted under the sole, and the “High” version included, so you can adjust the support to suit your own foot without having to buy anything extra.
You can use the shoes with two different systems – fit SPD-SLR cleats for the new platform, or SPD-SL cleats if you want to keep your current pedals.
The Carbon Hollow Core midsole has a stiffness index of 12, and the carbon fibre heel cup has anti-twist stabilisation to keep your foot from twisting out of place, even during a sprint.
The new Shimano Dynalast 2.0 fit gives your toes room to spread out, which improves your balance and stability on the pedals on long rides.
With a stiffness index of 10, the carbon midsole is stiff enough for racing but just a touch more forgiving than the 12 found on the top-of-the-range model.
Ventilation channels in the sole allow air and water to escape, so your foot stays cooler and dries more quickly after a wet ride.
Two BOA Li2 dials let you tighten or loosen the fit with a single click, even with just one hand while cycling.
As the toe box is slightly roomier, it helps reduce foot fatigue.
Excellent fit due to the new X-Dial SLW3 fastening mechanism.
The NRG Air Carbon sole offers both comfort and good power transfer.
The AirFlow system provides an ideal airflow along the bottom of the shoe.
Thanks to the Unibody construction, there are no pressure points on the foot.
The ventilation holes across the shoe ensure good breathability.
The NRG Air Carbon sole combines comfort and optimal power transfer.
The Unibody construction prevents pressure points on the foot.
The shoe's ventilation holes offer good breathability.
The AirFlow system ensures ideal airflow along the sole.
Cons
The benefits of SPD-SLR, such as the low stack height (12.5 mm) and the smaller clip-in angle, are only available with SPD-SLR pedals and cleats. If you use the shoes with your existing SPD-SL pedals, you will retain the stack height of that system.
As Shimano shoes tend to run a bit small, you should expect to need a size larger than your trainers.
As the heel is a bit low, your heel can slip up inside the shoe a bit more easily than with the S-Phyre RC910, which comes with a heel cup.
With a full carbon sole, the power transfer to the pedals is even better than with this sole.
In order to use the shoe with SPD pedals, you will need a separate adapter. This does not come with the shoes as standard.
The power transmission of the sole is not as optimal as with a full carbon sole.
The closure of the shoe consists entirely of Velcro straps, which do not close as well when dirty.
