Bearing grease is specifically for your bike's bearings. These are the parts that rotate, like the wheel hubs, bottom bracket and headset. This grease is used in ball bearings or around bearings to keep them turning smoothly and because these parts move, a good seal is important in order to protect them from moisture and dirt.
Can I use bearing grease as an assembly grease?
In some cases you can also use bearing grease for installing parts, check the packaging of the component you'd like to grease. However, this is only true for aluminium parts and will not provide extra grip like assembly paste with ceramic particles.

Park Tool HPG-1 stays put, is waterproof and high quality.
I use it for hubs. Perfect consistency - does not run and stays put. Water-resistant, does not wash away after rain. After maintenance, the parts run smoothly. The price is justified by the quality. Recommended. It would be even better if the tube had a more convenient applicator for easier modulating and more targeted application.

Highly recommended!!!
After much searching and testing, I ended up with park tool bearing grease. Since I have been using this grease for my wheel bearings/body, I no longer have any problems with moisture and sand in the bearings. The lifespan of the bearings is extended and they keep running smoothly for longer without any noises. These days, I remove the old grease from the new bearings and replace it immediately with Park Tool's HPG 1 grease. For me a personally highly recommended for those looking for a quality grease.
