The frame of the Koga Kimera Premium is made of lightweight carbon, which puts the Kimera's total weight under 8 kg - very lightweight for a road bike with hydraulic disc brakes. The stiffness of the frame is excellent because acceleration seems almost effortless. With its sporty sitting position and direct steering, this road bike will be perfect for the avid cyclist.

Electronic shifting
The groupset is one of the key points of this Kimera Premium. With the hydraulic disc brakes and the 24-speed Shimano Ultegra DI2 gear system, it gives you top-of-the-line components. Your braking and shifting performance will improve instantly. Climbing and descending in particular will feel better than ever before. The semi-compact crankset with the 11-34 cassette is fantastic for the flat as well as the hills, and allows you to ride almost as lightly as with dedicated climbing gears.

Despite being primarily geared for speed, the Koga Kimera Premium also feels comfortable; the 28mm wide Continental GP5000 tyres provide some damping. Inflate your tyres to 7 bar and the Kimera feels like a super-fast racer - inflate them to 5.5 bar and it feels as comfortable as a comfort racer.
