Gazelle has created a very comfortable bike with the Grenoble C7+ HMB. Both the seatpost and front fork are sprung, making cobbles in the street or a gravel path feel like smooth asphalt. In addition, there are wide tyres under the bike, not only making you feel more comfortable on your bike, but also giving you more grip and confidence. The hydraulic disc brakes give more than enough stopping power in all weather conditions.
Cycling without a care
The powerful Bosch Active Line Plus motor gives more than enough support to tackle headwinds or that annoying overpass around the corner. Moreover, this support feels natural and smooth. This also adds to the confidence and comfort of the Grenoble C7+ HMB. The support is easy to adjust with the controls near the handlebar, so you don't have to take your hands off the handlebars and are only concerned with cycling. Easy and safe.
Seamless integration
The battery is neatly integrated into the frame and easily removable. Gear shifting is via the gears in the rear hub, the seven-speed giving plenty of range to complement the Bosch support. For evening rides, the bike is equipped with good lighting that you easily turn on and off with a button on the handlebars.

Nice bike and good supplier
Super nl j with this lovely bike that was delivered quickly and completely by Mantel. Pedals attached, handlebars, bars straight and now it's nice to go by bike instead of by car. That saves parking money!

Reliable and personal service
I ordered two electric Gazelle Grenoble bicycles in quick succession. The second bike would be delivered later (as agreed) because of the desired colour. Shortly before the final delivery date, Mantel called me to say that the Gazelle software had not been installed. I was then given the choice of waiting for the bike I had ordered, a different model or the desired bike in a different colour. In the end, I opted for the desired bike in a different colour. This included the unsolicited offer to deliver an additional ordered lock free of charge due to the course of action. Both bikes were neatly delivered via Post NL with mounted pedals and saddle at height. Difference between the 1st and 2nd courier was that the first did everything of its own accord and the 2nd had to be expressly asked. Communicated this back to Mantel as this service is provided on their behalf anyway. Immediately received positive response to this feedback saying they were going to do something about it.

More than worth its money
Before this, a Cortina E-nite. This bike is lighter and has more pleasant pedal assistance. The bike has a fine saddle and relatively straight seat.
